      Some products in the JawSpace eStore are fulfilled directly by JawSpace, while others are produced and shipped by trusted third-party providers. As a result, items in your order may arrive separately.

    • International Shipping
      We ship worldwide. Depending on your location, certain products may be shipped internationally, which may result in longer delivery times and customs or import duties. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Processing Times
      Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. For custom items (e.g., advice/referral pads with your clinic logo), please allow additional time for production.

    • Delivery Estimates
      Delivery times vary by product, location, and carrier. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Estimated shipping times are:

      • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days

      • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

      • North America: 7–14 business days

      • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

    • Print-on-Demand Items
      Merchandise such as water bottles, apparel, or custom prints are produced on-demand by third-party suppliers. These products may be shipped directly from the supplier’s facility and may not be returnable (see Returns section).

    Customs & Duties
    International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • Eligibility
      We accept returns on non-custom, non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

    • Non-Returnable Items

      • Customised or personalised products (e.g., referral pads with your clinic logo).

      • Digital products or downloads.

      • Items fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners (unless defective).

    • Damaged or Incorrect Items
      If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@jawspace.appwithin 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
